Thanksgiving Letter to Clients

By | November 17, 2016

Thanksgiving is that time of the year when everyone is in a festive mood – expressing gratitude to the Almighty for all that He has given to us is a norm during this time. Every individual expresses his or her thank you in a different manner as Thanksgiving is considered a private matter of faith. However, families do get together – the traditional turkey is a great way of bringing people together!

But Thanksgiving is not just a holiday that people enjoy with their families. Many corporate entities also celebrate the holiday, making their clients or customers the focus of their happiness. Sharing this special occasion with people who make things worthwhile (whether they are clients or family members) is quite a normal practice. As a corporate representative, all you have to do is send one letter to your clients to wish them, and pave the way for further business relations.

It is now standard practice to write a somewhat personal letter to your clients to wish them Thanksgiving. However, there are some things that you will need to look out for when writing one, so that it does not seem over the top. While you are giving your clients a personal message, your tone must still be professional. Want to know how this can be done? Refer to the sample below:

Thanksgiving Letter to Clients

Dear Clients:

As the special day of Thanksgiving approaches, we would like to announce a special event that we have organized, especially for our valued clients. This is in appreciation of all the wonderful years that you have trusted us and valued our services. As a special gesture of appreciation, we are also offering our valued clients a 35% off on all online shopping that they do for the next 3 weeks!

There is one more good news. We will be open from 11 am to 6 pm on Thanksgiving Day, in case you want to do any last minute shopping, or better yet, choose an early Christmas present for your loved ones! On Thanksgiving this year, we intend to bring all of you together and show you how much we appreciate your business.

Please refer to the enclosure for details on the date, time and venue of the event. We at Stanford Inc. look forward to your participation – if you are interested in the event, please send in an RSVP through email to thanksgivingevent @ standfordinc. com or contact us at (000) 145-7544.

Sincerely,
