Emloyment Contract Letter Confirming Salary and Length

By | December 20, 2016

Part of your work while working in the human resource department of a company is writing confirmation of employment or contract letters. What are they? Once it has been unanimously decided that a certain person should be hired by the company, you need to send him or her a letter that outlines what salary he or she will be drawing and how long the contract is.

A letter of this sort is written in a simple and straightforward manner. You can begin my congratulating the new employee on succeeding in becoming part of the organization, and can then provide information such as salary details and length of employment. You may have a letter format that you can modify to meet the need of the hour, or you could create your own. How you write a letter of confirmation depends on the specific protocols of your company. If you have to write it from scratch, collect all the information that you need to put into it and then place it according to its priority in the letter.
