Writing an old fashioned letter to wish your loved ones is the best way of bonding with them. Many of us rely on texts and emails when we want to wish someone but these are not as effective as letters are. As Easter approaches, let us discuss what a “happy Easter letter” should look like.
Since you are wishing someone a good holiday season, you may want to add a personal touch. If you are writing to a family member or a friend, you can refer to a time when you spent Easter together and reminisce. If you are writing to a teacher or a student, you will need to keep the tone of your letter professional and the content somewhat limited.
Wishing someone a religious holiday gives them a warm feeling. So if you are about to write a letter to wish Easter to your loved ones (and are stumped about what to write), you can get a few ideas from here. Once you have addressed your letter, you can get straight to the point and wish Happy Easter. You can talk about your plans on Easter and inquire into your friend or family member’s plans. Here is a sample you can refer to:

Dear Wanda:
I cannot believe it has been an entire year since we met. Easter last year was a happy occasion only because I got to spend it with my best friend – you! I am already buying Easter eggs and contemplating what designs to paint on them!
Easter last year was just magical – we met after a long time and it was more like a reunion. Moving away so far from you has made it difficult for us to meet often and I miss you more than ever during the holidays. Do you have any plans to come to Salt Lake City during Easter holidays this year?
I am thinking of holding an Easter party at my place on Good Friday and I would love you to be part of it. If you can possibly make it, it will make me very happy. I was thinking along the lines of all of us dressing up as something related to Easter – you would look cute dressed as an Easter Bunny!
Please let me know what your plans are as soon as you can. I am enclosing some photographs that I took of us last Easter (but did not have a chance to send to you earlier). I am hoping you will reply soon.
Much love,
Ryna Davis
